Chapter 2
Unwelcome Memories
Tara ran and ran. She wanted to run forever but finally her legs started to give out. She slowed to a walk and turned to an ally.
'Who was that man? How did he know about my past? And his eyes why did they enchant me so
and why did his touch feel so good? Oh no not again.'
Ahhh, she let out a scream.
She grabbed her head and sank to the ground. The memories were coming back. The memories that she had tried to forget forever.
-flash back-
A ten year old girl at her friends house playing dolls. Her parents walk through the front door and smile. They laugh and lean over to hug their daughter as she runs over excitedly.
Other adults walk into the room.

Good there hasnt been any disturbances in weeks, the father says still holding his daughter.
The two girls go back to playing with dolls as the adults talk.
A bang.
The girls scream as the adults run to the front door.
Take care of Tara, the mother screams as she follows her husband out the door.
Ten minutes later the other girls parents decide that it is time to leave. They werent safe here.
When they rushed out the door they saw that demons were attacking the town and that the police force was fighting for their lives.
The adults grabbed the girls and ran to the next town over. Both of the girls cried the whole way.
They waited ours for Taras parents. Hours turned into days.
Finally the other girls parents decided they couldnt take care of Tara any more and gave her up to social services.
Taras parents were dead.
